Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the statue and your location. All our orders are shipped from Miami, Florida. We pass on discounted rates from our freight partners. Shipping times vary, but we provide tracking so you can monitor your delivery. Typically, domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an estimated delivery date based on your location. Orders within the U.S. generally arrive within 3-5 business days, but larger statues or custom orders may take longer due to handling and freight logistics.

If you wish to return a statue, we will gladly issue a full refund. However, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

We take exceptional care in preparing each package for shipment. To ensure your statue arrives safely, we use multiple layers of protective materials, including packaging peanuts, foam padding, and sturdy boxes. Each box is clearly labeled as Fragile to provide extra caution during transit.

Our statues are primarily made from polyresin, a mix of resin and marble dust, which is stronger and less brittle than fiberglass. We also offer custom statues in materials like wood, marble, bronze, and stone, depending on your preference.

For smaller statues, metal crowns and halos are typically included. However, for larger statues, these accessories are available at an additional cost. Please specify in your order notes if you'd like to include these features, and we’ll provide a quote.

Yes, many of our statues are designed for outdoor use and come with a durable, weather-resistant finish. Our exterior-grade statues are made from a more robust polyresin mixture and painted with automotive-grade exterior paints, followed by a UV-protectant polyurethane coating.

Outdoor statues should be cleaned periodically with mild soap and water. We recommend applying a protective coating like Spar Urethane once or twice a year to maintain the finish and protect against UV damage. Avoid placing the statue in direct sunlight for extended periods, and bring it indoors during extreme weather, especially freezing temperatures.

While we don’t offer direct installation services, we can guide you through the process and recommend trusted professionals for proper placement and mounting of large statues or monuments.

Our statues are made to order, and we do not maintain a public showroom. However, we can provide detailed images and videos of the statues, along with material samples, to ensure you are satisfied before purchasing. You may visit our warehouse to see our current work but a prior appointment is manditory.

The timeline for custom statues varies depending on the size, complexity of the design, materials, and studio production schedule. Typically, custom orders take between 2-4 months from concept to completion. We will keep you updated throughout the entire process.
