Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Due to the size and weight of some of our statues, certain shipping methods may not be available for all products. We will contact you if any issues arise regarding your chosen shipping method.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging our statues to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund, based on the situation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are payable upon delivery. Fiat Statues is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs procedures.
