At Fiat Statues, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted religious statues. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Custom or personalized orders, as well as items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at ginafiatmihi@gmail.com or +1 (828) 777-4517. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns (United States): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- International Returns: Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer, including any customs fees or duties that may apply.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require photos of the damage, and once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized statues
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at ginafiatmihi@gmail.com.
