Archangel Gabriel 48"
God's messenger at the Annunciation is the subject of this 48-inch Archangel Gabriel statue. Gabriel, whose name means 'God is my strength,' explained visions to the prophet Daniel, announced the birth of John the Baptist to Zechariah, and greeted Mary as 'full of grace.' The lily associated with him speaks of Mary's purity. The Church honors him with Sts. Michael and Raphael on September 29, and he is patron of messengers and communications workers.
At 48 inches he suits a chapel, a side altar, or an Annunciation display near an image of Our Lady, and he can stand in a parish grotto or garden beside a Marian shrine.
Comes with a fancy metal crown and metal scepter, a lily staff, and a Holy Spirit dove.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, Premium Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Premium Full-Color and Fancy Full-Color are offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
