Corpus 120"

This 120-inch Corpus statue is a monumental figure of Christ crucified, the body of the Lord offered on the Cross for the salvation of the world. The corpus is what distinguishes a crucifix from a plain cross, and the Church asks for a cross bearing the figure of Christ crucified on or near the altar at every Mass, so the faithful see the sacrifice made present in the Eucharist. At this scale the figure can be read from the back of a large church or across open parish grounds.

At 120 inches it is made for a large sanctuary wall, a church facade or an outdoor calvary on parish grounds or in a Catholic cemetery, where it can be seen from a distance.
