Corpus 96"

This 96-inch corpus is a monumental figure of Christ crucified, the image of the Lord's body that is mounted on a cross in a large church or on parish grounds. At eight feet, it can be seen and venerated from the back of a nave or across a courtyard, calling to mind St. Paul's words, “We proclaim Christ crucified.” A corpus of this scale often becomes the focal point of a sanctuary, or of an outdoor Calvary where the faithful pray and gather on Good Friday.

It is sized for a sanctuary wall above the altar, a church entrance, a cemetery Calvary, or the center of a parish or school courtyard.
