Divine Providence 24"

This 24-inch Our Lady of Divine Providence statue honors Mary as the Mother who trusts completely in the Father's loving care and teaches her children to do the same. Devotion to Mater Divinae Providentiae grew in Italy among the Barnabite Fathers and was carried to Puerto Rico, where Pope Paul VI named her principal patroness of the island in 1969. Her feast, November 19, is kept with deep affection by Puerto Rican families, who ask her help in every material and spiritual need.

A lovely fit for a home altar or prayer corner and a meaningful gift for a new home, a wedding or a family facing uncertain times; it can also stand in a small garden shrine or courtyard.

Stands 24 inches tall.
