Guadalupe 12"
This 12-inch Guadalupe statue portrays Our Lady of Guadalupe as she appeared to St. Juan Diego on the hill of Tepeyac in December 1531. She left her image on his tilma, along with Castilian roses gathered in winter as a sign for Bishop Juan de Zumárraga, and the tilma still hangs in her basilica in Mexico City. Clothed with the sun, standing on the moon and wrapped in a star-covered mantle, she is Patroness of the Americas and Protectress of the unborn, honored on December 12.
At 12 inches she fits a home altar, a family prayer corner or an office shelf, and she is a treasured gift for a quinceañera, a wedding, an expectant mother or a Confirmation.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
