Our Lady of Lourdes 24"
This 24-inch Our Lady of Lourdes statue recalls the Lady in white who appeared to fourteen-year-old Bernadette Soubirous at Massabielle, beginning on February 11, 1858. Through eighteen apparitions she asked for penance, prayer for sinners and a chapel on the site, and she revealed a spring now visited by millions. Many cures there have been examined by the Lourdes Medical Bureau, and the Church has recognized dozens of them as miracles.
Its 24-inch size is at home on a family altar or bedroom shelf, and it makes a fitting centerpiece for a small backyard grotto, a garden prayer corner or a memorial space.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
