Immaculate Heart of Mary 49"
Mary's Heart, pierced by sorrow yet full of love, is the focus of this 49-inch Immaculate Heart of Mary statue, a devotion rooted in Simeon's prophecy that a sword would pierce her soul. Pope Pius XII consecrated the world to the Immaculate Heart in 1942, answering the call Our Lady made at Fatima in 1917, where she promised, "In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph." Her memorial falls on the Saturday after the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart.
Standing just over four feet, it is sized for a sanctuary, church entrance or cathedral chapel, and it can mark a Marian garden, school courtyard, parish grounds or cemetery where the Rosary is prayed.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
