Divine Mercy 19"
This 19-inch Divine Mercy statue portrays Jesus as He appeared to St. Faustina Kowalska in Poland in 1931, His right hand raised in blessing and pale and red rays streaming from His heart. Those rays, He told her, signify the water and blood that flowed from His pierced side. The devotion centers on the prayer "Jesus, I trust in You," and its feast, Divine Mercy Sunday, is kept on the Second Sunday of Easter.
At 19 inches it fits a home altar, a family prayer table, or a bedroom shelf where the Chaplet is prayed at the three o'clock hour. It is a fitting gift for Confirmation or a new home, and it can rest in a garden prayer nook.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
