Divine Mercy 26"
In this 26-inch Divine Mercy statue, Jesus stands with His right hand raised in blessing while two rays, one pale and one red, pour from His heart. He showed Himself this way to St. Faustina Kowalska in 1931 and asked that the image be venerated throughout the world with the words "Jesus, I trust in You." St. John Paul II canonized Faustina in 2000 and extended Divine Mercy Sunday to the whole Church on the Second Sunday of Easter.
At 26 inches it suits a chapel, a side altar, an adoration chapel, or a classroom, and it can grace a parish grotto. Prayer groups gather before it for the Chaplet at the three o'clock hour.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, Premium Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Premium Full-Color and Fancy Full-Color are offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
