Our Lady of Grace 17"
This 17-inch Our Lady of Grace statue presents the Blessed Mother as the one through whose hands God's graces flow to His children, and she is traditionally shown with arms extended toward them. The image is closely tied to the apparitions of 1830 in Paris, when Mary showed St. Catherine Labouré rays of light streaming from her hands, explaining that they were graces for all who ask. From that vision came the Miraculous Medal and its prayer, “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.”
It fits a home altar, a bedroom, a desk, or a prayer shelf, and it is a classic gift for a First Communion, a Confirmation, a wedding, or a friend who needs Our Lady's help.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
