Lady of Grace 60" relief

This 60-inch Our Lady of Grace relief shows the Immaculate Virgin as she appeared to St. Catherine Labouré in the chapel on the Rue du Bac in 1830, with open hands from which graces flow to all who ask. She stands as the Immaculate Conception, conceived without sin, whose solemnity the Church celebrates on December 8. Many Catholics pray the invocation from the Miraculous Medal: 'O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.'

Sculpted in relief, it can be set into a church wall, a narthex, the facade of a school, or a wall on parish grounds or in a cemetery, where passersby can pause for a Hail Mary.

Relief-style statue.
