Lady of Knock 35"
This 35-inch Lady of Knock statue honors Our Lady of Knock, who appeared on the evening of August 21, 1879, at the gable wall of the parish church in Knock, County Mayo, Ireland. Fifteen witnesses saw Mary, crowned and with hands raised in prayer, with St. Joseph and St. John the Evangelist beside an altar bearing the Lamb, all in silence for about two hours in the rain. Honored as Queen of Ireland, she is celebrated on August 17.
At 35 inches it suits a chapel, a side altar, a parish hall or an Irish heritage display, and it is well scaled for a garden grotto or a quiet memorial space on parish grounds.
Can be painted in full color, or in all white with a gold crown like the original.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, Premium Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Premium Full-Color and Fancy Full-Color are offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
