Our Lady of Lourdes 66" fancy
This 66-inch Our Lady of Lourdes statue presents the Immaculate Conception as she appeared eighteen times to St. Bernadette Soubirous at Massabielle in 1858. Robed in white with a blue sash and a rosary on her arm, she called for prayer and penance and showed Bernadette the spring whose waters have drawn pilgrims and the sick ever since. On March 25 she named herself: "I am the Immaculate Conception." Her feast, February 11, is also the World Day of the Sick.
At 66 inches it has the scale for a church sanctuary, a narthex or church entrance, or a large Marian shrine inside a hospital or retreat house, where the sick and their families can pray before her.
Fancy decorative pearlized finish.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
