Sacred Heart of Jesus 22"
In this 22-inch Sacred Heart of Jesus statue, the Lord reveals the Heart that has so loved humanity, traditionally shown aflame, encircled by thorns, and surmounted by a cross. Between 1673 and 1675 Jesus appeared to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque at Paray-le-Monial, France, asking for reparation, Communion on First Fridays, and a feast in honor of His Heart. The Solemnity of the Sacred Heart falls on the Friday after the Second Sunday after Pentecost.
At 22 inches it is ideal for enthroning the Sacred Heart in the home on a mantel or home altar, and it also suits a classroom, a parish office, or a small garden shrine.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, Premium Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Premium Full-Color and Fancy Full-Color are offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
