St. Augustine 60"
This 60-inch St. Augustine statue honors the Bishop of Hippo, Doctor of the Church, and author of the Confessions, whose restless heart found its rest in God. Converted in Milan through the preaching of St. Ambrose and the tears and prayers of his mother, St. Monica, he became one of the greatest theologians in Christian history. His feast is August 28, and he is patron of theologians, printers, and all who sincerely seek the truth.
At 60 inches it commands a church sanctuary, a parish entrance, or the courtyard of a school or Augustinian community. It also stands well on university grounds or in a parish garden named in his honor.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, Premium Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Premium Full-Color and Fancy Full-Color are offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
