St. Bernardette 33"
This 33-inch St. Bernadette statue honors Bernadette Soubirous, the poor miller's daughter of Lourdes to whom Our Lady appeared eighteen times at the grotto of Massabielle in 1858. When Bernadette asked the Lady her name, she answered, "I am the Immaculate Conception." Bernadette later entered the Sisters of Charity at Nevers, bore long illness with patience, and is remembered on April 16 as a patron of the sick and of those mocked for their faith.
At 33 inches it fits a side altar, a hospital or nursing home chapel, a classroom or a Lourdes prayer corner, and it can also be placed in a parish grotto where the sick come to pray.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
