St. Bernadette 43"
This 43-inch St. Bernadette statue honors Bernadette Soubirous, the miller's daughter to whom the Blessed Virgin appeared eighteen times at the grotto of Massabielle in Lourdes, France, in 1858. On March 25 of that year the Lady named herself: 'I am the Immaculate Conception.' Bernadette later entered the Sisters of Charity of Nevers, died in 1879, and was canonized in 1933; her feast is April 16.
At 43 inches she completes a Lourdes grotto on parish grounds or in a garden, and she also suits a chapel, a side altar, or a classroom devoted to Our Lady.
Pairs with any 55" to 66" Our Lady of Lourdes.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
