St. Dominick 32"
Preacher, founder and friend of the Rosary: this 32-inch St. Dominic statue (listed as St. Dominick) honors the saint of Caleruega. Born in Castile around 1170, Dominic preached in southern France and gathered companions into the Order of Preachers, devoted to prayer, study and the salvation of souls. Dominican friars, nuns, sisters and laity celebrate him on August 8, and tradition honors him as a great apostle of the Rosary.
At 32 inches it suits a chapel side altar, a Dominican school classroom or parish hall, or a Rosary group's meeting place, and it can also stand in a courtyard or garden grotto.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, Premium Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Premium Full-Color and Fancy Full-Color are offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
