St. Joseph 24" Laborer
This 24-inch St. Joseph the Laborer statue portrays the carpenter of Nazareth as a working man, the craftsman whose trade Jesus learned at his side. Pope Pius XII instituted the feast of St. Joseph the Worker on May 1, 1955, giving human labor a patron and model. Joseph reminds us that ordinary work, done faithfully and offered to God, can be a path to holiness, and workers everywhere ask his help in finding and keeping employment.
At 24 inches it fits a home altar, a workshop or office shelf, or a prayer corner, and it makes a fitting gift for a new homeowner, a tradesman, a retiring worker or someone seeking a job. A sheltered garden spot suits it too.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, Premium Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Premium Full-Color and Fancy Full-Color are offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
