St. Joseph 38" with lily

This 38-inch St. Joseph with Lily statue presents the foster father of Jesus holding his traditional lily, the flower that signifies his purity and his faithful guardianship of the Holy Family. An old legend tells that Joseph's staff blossomed as the sign that he was chosen to be Mary's spouse. The Church honors him in his litany as Most Chaste Spouse of the Virgin and Guardian of Virgins, and families, workers and the dying seek his steady protection.

A good size for a chapel, a side altar or a Catholic school classroom. It can also be placed in a garden grotto or courtyard shrine, where St. Joseph watches over the home and those who pray there.

Finish options: Monotone, Fancy Full-Color, and Standard Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
