St. Joseph 47" with baby Jesus
This 47-inch St. Joseph with baby Jesus statue shows the foster father of Our Lord with the Infant entrusted to his care. Joseph, the just man of the house of David, obeyed the angel's word in silence, led the Holy Family into Egypt, and worked to provide for them in Nazareth. Blessed Pius IX named him Patron of the Universal Church in 1870; he is honored on March 19 and May 1 and invoked for fathers, workers, families, and a happy death.
At 47 inches, it serves a church side altar, a chapel, a Catholic school classroom, or a family home with room for a large devotional image, and it makes a peaceful focal point in a garden or grotto.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
