St. Marianne Cope 66"
This 66-inch St. Marianne Cope statue honors the Franciscan Sister from Syracuse, New York, who in 1883 answered a plea from Hawaii and spent the rest of her life caring for people with Hansen's disease. She served in Honolulu and then at Kalaupapa on Molokai, where she nursed St. Damien in his final illness and carried on his work. Pope Benedict XVI canonized her in 2012; her feast is January 23, and she is a patron of the sick, the outcast, and those who serve them.
At 66 inches, it has presence for a hospital chapel or entrance, a Catholic health system campus, a church sanctuary, or the grounds of a parish or school named in her honor, and it can serve as the centerpiece of a healing garden.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, Premium Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Premium Full-Color and Fancy Full-Color are offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
