St. Michael the Archangel 14"
This 14-inch St. Michael the Archangel statue depicts the prince of the heavenly host, whose very name asks, "Who is like God?" In the Book of Revelation he leads the angels in casting down the dragon, and Catholics have prayed Pope Leo XIII's prayer, "St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle," since the 1880s. His feast with Gabriel and Raphael is September 29, and he is patron of police officers, soldiers, and the dying.
A 14-inch figure suits a home altar, a desk, or a child's bedroom shelf, and it is a strong gift for a police officer, a soldier, a Confirmation candidate, or a young man taking Michael as his patron.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
