St. Patrick 67"

This 67-inch St. Patrick statue honors the Apostle of Ireland, shown as a bishop wearing his mitre. Taken from Roman Britain as a youth and enslaved in Ireland, Patrick found God in long hours of prayer as a shepherd, escaped, and later returned as a bishop to bring the Gospel to the land of his captivity. Tradition says he used the shamrock to teach the mystery of the Holy Trinity. His feast is March 17, and his Breastplate prayer still asks, 'Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me.'

A figure of this height suits a church sanctuary or entrance, the parish grounds, a cemetery or a school courtyard, and it makes a proud centerpiece for an Irish parish or a St. Patrick's Day procession.

Measures 67 inches from the bottom of the base to the mitre.
