St. Philomena 47"
This 47-inch St. Philomena statue honors the young virgin martyr whose remains were discovered in the Catacomb of Priscilla in Rome in 1802, beside tiles inscribed with the words "Peace be with you, Philomena." St. John Vianney, the Curé of Ars, attributed countless healings to her and called her his dear little saint. Known as the Wonder-Worker, she is a patroness of youth, purity, and the Children of Mary, traditionally honored on August 11.
At 47 inches it suits a chapel, a side altar, a youth room, or a school. It may also stand in a grotto or garden shrine where young people come to pray.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
