St. Thérèse the Little Flower 6 Inch
This 6-inch St. Thérèse the Little Flower statue honors Thérèse Martin of Lisieux, the young Carmelite who died in 1897 at twenty-four and taught the world her "Little Way" of trust and love in small things. Her autobiography, Story of a Soul, made her beloved everywhere; she promised to spend her heaven doing good on earth and to let fall a shower of roses. Pope St. John Paul II named her a Doctor of the Church in 1997, and her feast is October 1.
Small enough for a desk, a nightstand, or a child's prayer shelf, it makes a sweet gift for First Communion or Confirmation, or for anyone who has received a rose after a novena to the Little Flower.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
