Adoring Angel 26"
Adoration is the first act of religion, the one owed to God alone, and the kneeling angel is its plainest image. Catholic churches have set such figures at the altar steps and beside the tabernacle for centuries so that the congregation sees, in stone or plaster, what it is invited to do.
At twenty-six inches the angel moves from the tabletop to the floor and the garden: paired at the foot of an outdoor crucifix, kneeling at the base of a Marian grotto, or set on low pedestals in a side chapel or columbarium.
Price is per angel. Made of a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and hand-painted by artisans, each statue finished individually. Available in Standard full-color, Fancy full-color with gold detail (indoor), or Monotone finish, sealed for interior or exterior placement.
