Baby Jesus 22"
The Christ Child rests in this 22-inch Baby Jesus statue, a hand-painted image of the Word made flesh for Nativity scenes and year-round devotion. The Gospel of Luke tells how Mary wrapped her firstborn in swaddling clothes and laid Him in a manger, and how shepherds hurried from the fields to adore Him. Many families and parishes honor the Holy Child not only at Christmas but all year, asking the Infant Jesus to bless children, comfort the poor and teach them the simplicity of trusting love.
At 22 inches the figure is well proportioned for a church crèche or a large family Nativity, and it also fits a children's chapel or a home altar where the Holy Child is honored year-round.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
