Baby Jesus 7"
This 7-inch Baby Jesus statue presents the newborn Savior, the Word made flesh in the smallness of an infant laid in a manger at Bethlehem. St. Luke records that there was no room at the inn, and that shepherds came in haste to find the Child wrapped in swaddling clothes. The Baby Jesus is the heart of every Nativity scene and of the Christmas devotion St. Francis began at Greccio in 1223.
Place him in a family crèche or on a home altar, where many families wait until Christmas Eve to lay him in the manger. He also makes a tender gift for a baptism or a new baby.
Measures 7" long. Price is for the baby only. Can be ordered with or without the crib; the crib is an additional cost.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
