Divino Nino 12" painted eyes
This 12-inch Divino Niño statue with painted eyes depicts the Divine Child Jesus as a joyful young boy with his arms lifted, the image made famous through the devotion spread by the Salesian priest Fr. Juan del Rizzo in the 1930s. Beloved throughout the Spanish-speaking world, the Divino Niño is traditionally associated with the words "I will reign." Families bring him their needs with childlike trust, especially for health, work and the protection of their children.
Sized for a home altar, a bedroom shelf or a child's room, it is a joyful gift for a baptism, a First Communion or a family that prays the Divino Niño novena together.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
