Divino Nino 20"

This 20-inch Divino Niño statue presents the Divine Child Jesus, a devotion spread in the twentieth century by the Salesian priest Fr. Juan del Rizzo. Typically shown as a joyful young boy with arms lifted toward heaven, the Divino Niño invites the childlike trust Jesus praised when He said that unless we become like little children we will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Families in Latin America and in Hispanic parishes entrust to Him their children, their work, their sick and their homes.

A cheerful presence for a home altar, a child's bedroom or a religious education classroom, and a beloved gift for a Baptism, a First Communion or a new home; it can also stand in a small garden shrine.
