Francisco of Fatima
This 14-inch kneeling Francisco of Fatima statue honors St. Francisco Marto, the only boy among the three shepherd children who saw Our Lady at Fatima in 1917. Francisco saw the Lady but did not hear her words, and he gave himself to "consoling Jesus," spending long hours in prayer before the hidden Jesus in the tabernacle. He died in 1919 at the age of ten and was canonized with his sister Jacinta in 2017; their feast is February 20.
Kneeling at just 14 inches, he fits a home altar, a children's prayer corner, or a classroom Rosary table, and he makes a lovely First Communion gift for a boy; he can also rest in a small garden shrine.
Kneeling pose.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
