Guadalupe 15" plaque
Framed in rays like the image on St. Juan Diego's tilma, this 15-inch Our Lady of Guadalupe plaque brings the Mother of the Americas into the home. In December 1531, on the hill of Tepeyac near Mexico City, Mary spoke to Juan Diego in his native Nahuatl and left her portrait on his cloak as a sign for the bishop. That image, still venerated in her basilica, led millions to Baptism, and the faithful keep her feast on December 12 with mañanitas, roses and Masses.
Made for a wall above a home altar, a family room, an entryway or a child's bedroom, and a treasured gift for a wedding, a quinceañera, a housewarming or a family member far from home.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
