Immaculate Heart of Mary 24"

This 24-inch Immaculate Heart of Mary statue honors the pure and loving heart of the Mother of God, which kept and pondered all the mysteries of her Son. At Fatima in 1917 Our Lady revealed that God wished to establish devotion to her Immaculate Heart in the world, and she later asked for the First Saturdays of reparation. The Church keeps the memorial on the Saturday after the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart, and her heart is traditionally shown encircled with roses or flames and pierced by a sword.

At 24 inches it fits a home altar, a family consecration shrine or a prayer corner, and it is a fitting gift for a wedding or a Confirmation; it may also stand in a Marian garden.
