Infant of Prague 24" fancy
The 24-inch Infant of Prague statue depicts the Christ Child as King, robed and crowned, the image venerated at the Carmelite Church of Our Lady of Victory in Prague since 1628. Princess Polyxena of Lobkowicz gave the original statue to the Carmelites, and Venerable Cyprian of the Mother of God spread its devotion with the promise, "The more you honor Me, the more I will bless you." Families invoke the Holy Child for their needs, especially financial and domestic ones.
At 24 inches, the Holy Child suits a home altar, a prayer room, or a parish Christmas display. It is a treasured gift for a new home, a wedding, or a family devoted to the Infant King.
The Infant of Prague statue measures 24".
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
