Our Lady of Lourdes 44"
This 44-inch Our Lady of Lourdes statue honors the Immaculate Virgin as she appeared eighteen times in 1858 to Bernadette Soubirous in the grotto of Massabielle in southern France. She asked for prayer and penance, called for a chapel and processions, and revealed a spring whose waters are associated with many healings. On the Solemnity of the Annunciation she named herself: "I am the Immaculate Conception." Her feast on February 11 is also the World Day of the Sick.
At 44 inches, she fits a church, a side altar, or a home shrine with space for a large image, and she is especially at home in a prayer garden or a stone grotto on parish grounds.
Stands 44 inches tall.
Finish options: Monotone, Standard Full-Color, and Fancy Full-Color. Monotone and Standard Full-Color are offered for interior or exterior placement; Fancy Full-Color is offered for interior placement only. Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
