Risen Christ 40"

This 40-inch Risen Christ statue shows Jesus on a base holding the banner of victory, the ancient Christian sign of his triumph over sin and death. As the Easter Sequence sings, death and life have contended in a combat stupendous, and the Prince of life, who died, reigns immortal. The image carries the joy of the fifty days of Easter and the hope of the resurrection the Church professes in every Creed.

At 40 inches it suits a chapel, a side altar, a school entrance or a funeral home, and it is scaled for a garden grotto, a memorial garden or a cemetery where families pray in hope of the resurrection.
