Sacred Heart of Jesus 18"
This 18-inch Sacred Heart of Jesus statue shows the Lord revealing His Heart, burning with love and encircled by thorns, as He did to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque at Paray-le-Monial in the 1670s. “Behold this Heart which has so loved men,” He told her, asking for acts of reparation, Holy Communion on First Fridays, and a feast in honor of His Heart. That solemnity usually falls in June, the month dedicated to the Sacred Heart, and families enthrone Him in their homes as King and Friend of the household.
Its size is right for enthroning the Sacred Heart on a home altar, a mantel, or a shelf, and it is a classic gift for a wedding, a new home, or a First Communion.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand. +++
