St. Vincent Ferrer 17"
This 17-inch St. Vincent Ferrer statue depicts the fiery Dominican preacher of Valencia, often called the Angel of the Apocalypse for his urgent call to repentance. Born in 1350, Vincent crossed Spain, France, Italy and beyond preaching penance and the Last Judgment to vast crowds, and countless conversions and miracles were attributed to him. He labored to heal the Western Schism and died in Brittany in 1419. His feast is April 5, and builders and families praying for a loved one's conversion ask his help.
Sized for a home altar, a study shelf or a small chapel niche, and a fine gift for a preacher, a deacon, a Dominican friend or anyone named Vincent.
Stands 17 inches tall. The price is without the metal wings and halo; the metal wings and halo add $100.
Made from a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and painted by hand.
