Over seven feet of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, made to be seen from the back of a church or across a plaza. The devotion was born at Issoudun in 1857 with the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, who carried her to New Guinea, Australia and the Americas. She is the Mother who presents the Child and the Heart he points to.
At 88 inches she is a facade, sanctuary or plaza statue for a parish, school or mission named for her, a cemetery or a courtyard, usually sponsored by a parish or a family as a memorial.
Made of a lightweight, durable resin-fiberglass blend and hand-painted by artisans, each statue finished individually. Available in Standard full-color, Fancy full-color with gold detail (indoor), or Monotone finish, sealed for interior or exterior placement.
